MURFREESBORO - The Braves fell to 5-4 on the season after losing to Va Wesleyan College 9-5 in baseball action this afternoon. The Marlins scored 5 runs in the last three innings to take the lead and the ultimate win over the Braves. Danny Petitte (3-1) picked up the loss for the Braves after pitching 7 innings, giving up 8 hits and striking out 4 batters. Brandon Howlin and Kirk Ball each picked up 3 hits in the loss while Kenny Bragg had 2 hits and scored 2 runs. The Braves host Juniata College tomorrow for double-header slated for a 12:00pm start.
