MURFREESBORO, N.C. – The Conference Carolinas office announced its Week 3 Men's Lacrosse Players of the Week on Monday afternoon, with Chowan University earning recognition following the Hawks' first season win over Davis & Elkins on Saturaday, February 21.

Reed Low was named Offensive Player of the Week, as the Defensive Player of the Week honor went to North Greenville University.

OFFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK 
Reed Low | Chowan | Junior | Attack | Sherwood Park, Alberta
In two games last week, Low accounted for 13 goals and four assists, continuing to drive the Hawks' offensive production. He recorded five goals and one assist against Tusculum University while firing 12 shots and adding two ground balls to lead the team in scoring. Low followed with an explosive performance against Davis & Elkins College, totaling eight goals and three assists in the victory to cap a dominant week that showcased his playmaking ability on the offensive end.

DEFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK 
Matthew Desmond | North Greenville | Junior | Goalkeeper | Bedford, New Hampshire
Desmond came up big for North Greenville in their win over ninth-ranked Florida Tech. He accounted for 15 saves to earn his first career win.
