PAWLEY'S ISLAND, S.C. – The Chowan Men's Golf team wrapped up their first competition of the spring semester with a 14th place finish at the 2022 Spring Bulldog Clash at the Caledonia Golf & Fish Club.

THE SCORECARDS

Graham Cowan paced the Hawks with three rounds in the 70's posting 77-78-77 to finish tied for 55th.  Cowan posted four birdies in the tournament.

Jaxon Eck led the Hawks in the second round with a three-over 73, recording three pars on the front side.  Eck recorded rounds of 84-73-80 to finish tied for 65th.

Patrick Sullivan posted a final round 74 to lead the Hawks.  Sullivan improved each round with 86-82-74.  Bryce Simms carded rounds of 80-79-85, while Tyler Darnell finished with a round of 77 after opening rounds of 86-88.

UP NEXT

Chowan will travel to compete in the Brown Golf Invitational on March 11-12 before heading to Wilson, N.C. to compete in the Barton Intercollegiate on March 14-15.
