Women's Tennis
The Women's team picked up their first conference win 4-3 over Southern Wesleyan on Saturday afternoon.
The Hawks grabbed the No.2 doubles with 
Julieta Lecce and 
Angelique Gouin who beat the Warriors 6-2 for the win.
Cynthia Carrier secured the 6-0, 6-1 victory at the No.1 singles match for the Blue and White, while at the No.4 singles match, 
Angelique Gouin beat her opponent 6-1, 6-1.
ABOUT THE BISHOPS
North Carolina Wesleyan comes into the contest with a 5-4 overall record after sweeping Methodist 9-0 on Saturday.
The two teams last met in March 2011 when the Hawks came up short in the 7-2 loss.
Men's Tennis
The Hawks currently post a 4-9 record on the season after a tough 4-3 battle loss to Christopher Newport on Sunday afternoon.
Chowan swept doubles matches with 
Mariano Yeh and 
Edmond Aynedjian securing the No.1 doubles 6-4, while 
Adi Kaliakperov and 
Louis Proulx grabbed the second doubles match 6-4 for the Blue and White.

ABOUT THE BISHOPS
North Carolina Wesleyan enters the contest with a 12-1 season record. The Bishops secured a nine match winning streak after defeating Greensboro 9-0 on Saturday afternoon.
The Hawks and Bishops last met in spring of 2010 in Rocky Mount, N.C. North Carolina Wesleyan came out with the 9-0 win.
