MURFREESBORO, N.C. – Inclement weather throughout the week and forecasted for the weekend has altered Chowan's athletic schedule for this weekend.

The Chowan Softball Hawks Classic has been canceled for this weekend.  The Chowan Baseball series at King (Tenn.) has been moved to Sunday/Monday.

Chowan Men's and Women's Lacrosse will compete as scheduled.

Friday, February 22
Chowan Women's Tennis vs N.C. Wesleyan – moved to March 26
Chowan Men's Tennis vs W. Va. Wesleyan – moved to February 24 at 12pm.
Chowan Baseball at King (Tenn.) – moved to February 24 at 2:30pm

Saturday, February 23
Chowan Softball – Hawks Softball Classic – CANCELED
Chowan Women's Lacrosse vs Catawba – as scheduled
Chowan Men's Lacrosse at Alderson-Broaddus – as scheduled
Chowan Baseball at King (Tenn.) – moved to February 25 at 12pm
Chowan Men's and Women's Basketball – as scheduled

Sunday, February 24
Chowan Softball – Hawks Softball Classic – CANCELED
