400 Medley Relay
For the Women:
The Hawks A team took first place with a time of 2:13.08 with Zorey Sargent, Julia Stegmaier, Jasmine Gibson and Grace Arredondo.
The B team consisted of Keitra Lloyd, Erin Garza, Megan Reid and Jeleah Delancy who swam a 2:26.49.
For the Men:
Taylor Woodard, Lucas Pels, David Clark and James Cameron touched the wall in 2:01.35 for second place.
1000 Free
For the Women:
Atar Idrissi took second place overall with a time of 11:58.13 while Marissa Mann clocked a time of 12:31.72 for the Hawks.
For the Men:
Justin Lough secured a first place finish after he swam a 10:53.84 for Chowan.
200 Free
For the Women:
After clocking a time of 2:03.33 Laurie-Ann Sargent took second for Chowan. Grace Arredondo finished in sixth with a time of 2:09.12.
For the Men:
Igor Proszynski swam a 1:50.30 for second place while David Clark finished in third with a 1:51.20 in his race.
100 Back
For the Women:
Ashley Hernandez and Taylor Bitting took home fifth and seventh place for the Blue and White.Â
For the Men:
Taylor Woodard recorded a 1:00.27 while Andrew Simmons swam a 1:02.14 for Chowan.
100 Breast
For the Women:
Grabbing first place was Julia Stegmaier who touched the wall in 1:11.11. Jeleah Delancy posted a 1:18.20 for fourth place.
For the Men:
Garrett Kirkland posted a 1:05.00 for the Hawks while Kyle Sheridan recorded a 1:15.30 on Saturday.
200 Fly
For the Women:
After swimming a 2:31.98, Jasmine Gibson finished in fourth place. Keitra Lloyd finished in fifth place overall with a time of 2:34.54,
For the Men:
Taking home third place was Shaine Olmstead who swam a 2:04.32 in his race.
50 Free
For the Women:
Taking home second place was Grace Arredondo who touched the wall in 26.79 while, Ashley Hernandez posted a 26.83 for the Hawks.
For the Men:
James Cameron took the win for the Hawks with a time of 22.88 while, Jordan Walker posted a 24.91 in his race.
100 Free
For the Women:
Grace Arredondo recorded a time of 57.67 for third place. Jasmine Gibson finished in fourth place with a 58.02 in her event.
For the Men:
After posting a 50.04, David Clark took second place, while Justin Lough followed in third with a 50.68 swim time.
200 Back
For the Women:
Atar Idrissi took fifth place with a time of 2:23.85 while Taylor Bitting took home a sixth place finish after posting a 2:39.12.
For the Men:
Andrew Simmons and Christopher Starks clocked a 2:19.81 and 2:28.06 respectively.
200 Breast
For the Women:
Julia Stegmaier won the event with a time of 2:34.37. Erin Garza finished in fourth place after recording a 2:48.56.
For the Men:
Lucas Pels placed second with a time of 2:24.56 while Kyle Sheridan touched the wall in 2:46.22 for third place.
500 Free
For the Women:
With a 6:01.80 time, Keitra Lloyd finished in fourth place.
For the Men:
Winning the event for the Blue and White, Igor Proszynski posted a 4:52.33. Shaine Olmstead finished in third overall with a time of 5:18.62.
100 Fly
For the Women:
Jasmine Gibson posted a 1:04.82 for fifth place.
For the Men:
Taylor Woodard finished in third place with a time of 56.51.
200 IM
For the Women:
Zorey Sargent won the event for Chowan with a 2:14.46.
For the Men:
Lucas Pels took home second place with a 2:11.76 while, Kyle Sheridan recorded a 2:31.10 for fourth place.Â

For the Women:
The Hawks took second place with Jeleah Delancy, Ashley Hernandez, Zorey Sargent and Julia Stegmaier who swam a 1:44.46.
For the Men:
James Cameron, Justin Lough, David Clark, and Igor Proszynski touched the wall in 1:30.31 for first place.
The B team took third place with Shaine Olmstead, Andrew Simmons, Garrett Kirkland and Jordan Walker clocked a time of 1:37.53.
