MURFREESBORO, N.C.-The Chowan Men's and Women's Swimming teams are set to travel to Spartanburg, S.C. to compete against Converse and Mars Hill on Saturday, November 2.

HAWKS PROFILE
Chowan dominated the pool last week on the road against Virginia Wesleyan with
Atar Idrissi who clocked a time of 12:17.68 to win the 1000 Free.
Igor Proszynski won the event for the men with a time of 10:19.15.
After posting a 2:04.47 in the 200 Free,
Julia Stegmaier took home the win for the Hawks, while
Shaine Olmstead touched the wall in 2:05.19 in the 200 Fly for first place.
LAST MEETING
The Hawks last competed against the Valkyries and Lions during the 18-19 season. The women fell short to Converse and Mars Hill while the men competed against Mars Hill and loss the dual meet 135-58.
Marissa Mann recorded a career best of 12:02.20 in the 800 Free to claim second place for the women, while
Shaine Olmstead won the event with a 10:38.72 career best for the Blue and White.
Lucas Pels secured third after he recorded a 4:46.46 in the 400 IM.
Action against Converse and Mars Hill begins at 11am in Spartanburg, S.C.
