MURFREESBORO, N.C. – The Chowan Volleyball team travels to nearby Wilson to take on Barton in a Conference Carolinas contest on Wednesday.
Because of renovations to the Barton gym, the contest will be played at Fike High School in Wilson.

Chowan dropped their previous two matches to Converse and Limestone to fall to 3-7 on the season and 1-3 in league play.
Freshman, Anixa Rosa-Martinez continues to pace the Hawks offensively with 82 kills. Sydney Hiner is second on the team with 73 kills. Ciara Ortega has 247 assists on the season and 15 service aces.
Katie Houston leads the team with 175 digs. Ann-Marie Johnson has 39 total blocks this season.
CAGING THE BULLDOGS
Barton is 4-6 on the season and 1-3 in Conference Carolinas action. The Bulldogs have lost their last three matches.
Kaytlin Elkins leads the Barton attack with 177 kills. Allison Gambill has posted 125 kills in her freshman season. Gambill also leads the team with 116 digs, Elkins has 108 digs.
