HOW IT HAPPENED
In Doubles:
With the Hawks unable to comeback, Bluefield took all three doubles match for the 3-0 lead.
In Singles:
- At the No.1 singles match, Ghassan Alansi secured the 6-2, 6-2 win for the Hawks, while teammate Adi Kaliakperov defeated his opponent 6-3, 6-3 at the No.2 singles position.
- With the Big Blues retiring, Mateusz Izycki grabbed the No.3 singles match victory.
- Louis Proulx fell 6-3, 7-5 at the No.4 singles match before Bluefield secured the fifth singles match over Rafael Goncalves 6-4, 7-6(5).
- Mariano Yeh took home the No.6 singles win because his opponent was unable to finish.

Chowan is back in action on March 13th as the travel to Wilson, N.C. for a conference match up against Barton.
