MURFREESBORO, NC - The Chowan University baseball team is set to host Barton College on Tuesday, February 21st, at 1:00pm at Hawkins Field. Chowan enters Tuesday's match up at 3-6 overall while Barton enters at 13-0. 

Chowan is coming off a 1-2 series finish with West Liberty University. Chowan won the first game of the series 8-3 but dropped the final two games with scores of 9-3 and 11-8. 

Marquise Lanier leads the Hawks offensively, hitting at .515 clip. Connor Arcobasso is currently batting .414 and Harry Markotay is hitting at a .357 clip. On the mound, Jake Moore has a 2-0 win-loss record on the mound while Corey Fago leads all the Hawks hurlers with a 1.29 ERA. Bailey Lipscomb has a season high 14 strikeouts.
