PEMBROKE, NC – Justin Bagbey crushed a two-run home run in the top of the first inning on Tuesday, but the Chowan University Hawks could not produce much more offense from then on, as they fell to #8 UNC-Pembroke 13-3.  The Hawks fall to 3-2 on the season, and UNC-P stays perfect at 4-0.

Bagbey drove in Ryan Moore, who singled earlier in the first inning, to give Chowan a quick 2-0 lead.  The Braves responded right away, though, scoring three runs in the home half of the inning to regain the lead.  UNC-P added another run in the third inning to go ahead 4-2.
