Chowan bounced back from a season-opening loss to defeat St. Paul's 3-1 in a hard fought match at the Helms Center. Erica White led the way for the Braves with 13 kills and six digs. Megan Brenegan contributed seven kills and six digs. The Braves improve to 1-1 on the season.
