GREENVILLE, S.C. – Conference Carolinas announced their 2025-26 men's golf all-conference selections following the conference championship. The all-conference awards were chosen by the league's head coaches.
Chowan University's
Gabriel Ansley earned All-Conference honors after posting a 74.0 scoring average on the season. Ansley ranked 14th in the Conference Carolinas and 344th nationally, highlighted by his consistent play across 26 rounds and a +2.1 average to par. At the Conference Carolinas Men's Golf Championship, Ansley fired rounds of 72, 78, and a tournament-low 69 to finish seventh overall, closing out his freshman campaign on a strong note.
Emmanuel University took the major awards with Lukas Lautrup-Nissen taking golfer of the year honors, Gabriel Hull earning freshman of the year recognition and Logan Reese taking coach of the year honors.
Lautrup-Nissen posted four top 10 finishes this season, including a win at the Currahee Invitational and runner-up finish at the Ralph Hargett Memorial Intercollegiate. He finished seventh at the Conference Carolinas Men's Golf Championship and came in sixth at the Barton Intercollegiate. Lautrup-Nissen finished the regular season with a stroke average of 71.4 in 30 rounds.
Hull had a big first year on campus, averaging 71.9 strokes per round in 30 rounds. He owns a pair of wins and four top five finishes. He won the Oldfield Classic and the Ralph Hargett Memorial Intercollegiate while finishing third at the Conference Carolinas Men's Golf Championship. He also came in fourth at the Barton Fall Intercollegiate.
Reese led Emmanuel to their first Conference Carolinas Men's Golf Championship title, shooting 869. The Lions will compete in the upcoming NCAA Division II Men's Golf South/Southeast Regional.
