NORFOLK, VA – The Chowan University men's golf team competed in round one of the VWU Marlin Invitational on Monday afternoon. The Hawks are sitting in 7th place after day one with a +33.

INSIDE THE SCORE CARDS

The Hawks will enter day two in 7th place, finishing the first round with a total score of 321 (+33)through 18 holes. 

Jacob Kearney led the Hawks with a steady 78 (+6), followed by Parker Brooks at 79 (+7). Noah Stewart and Bryce Bennett each shot 82, with Stewart carding a 37 (+1) on the front nine. Justin Peterson finished with an 83 (+11), while EJ Proctor rounded out the lineup with an 84 (+12).
