The Hawks drop to 1-9 overall and are 0-3 in Conference Carolinas play.

Sophomore Josh Wise started for the Hawks, pitching five strong innings and allowing just five hits. Dylan Nickle came in for one inning of relief, giving up three hits, while Zackary Wilson took the loss in relief, bringing his season record to 0-1. Cody Ives rounded out the pitching staff as the Hawks' final reliever.
The Hawks scattered five hits across the game, facing two different Bearcat pitchers. Geomar Santana, Ethan Robinson, Ryan Bellamy, and Caden Rector each contributed a double. Jackson Dunlap, Rowan Hudson, and Robinson drove in RBIs for the Hawks.
