GOLDSBORO, N.C. – After posting a pair of season-best rounds, the Chowan Men's Golf team was unable to sustain the pace as the Hawks finished the final round of the Trojan in eighth place on Tuesday.

INSIDE THE SCORECARDS
Jaxon Eck continued to lead the Hawks with a final round 75 to finish ninth overall. Eck posted three birdies in the final round.
Patrick Sullivan finished his tournament with a 76 to finished T-33. Tyler Darnell finished one stroke better than Sullivan in the tournament after posting a final round 77 to finish T-30. Darnell added three birdies in the final round.
Ruben Gamez-Aranda rounded out the scoring for the Hawks in the final round with an 82, while Mika Buccholtz posted an 83.
Adam Lankford posted a final round 77, while Bryce Simms continued to improve posting a 78 in the final round as individuals.
