VOLLEYBALL NOTES
In the second season under head coach Vanessa Faircloth, the Hawks will look to improve on their 8-21 overall record last season.
The Hawks return a large portion of their roster with eight returners and 10 newcomers. Chowan will look to Alexa Woolson, Nyah Powers, and Chloe Putnam during their senior season.
ABOUT THE OPPONENTS
Shepherd posted a record of 24-5 during 2021 before falling in the NCAA Division II Atlantic Regional after their run in the PSAC Tournament.
Alderson-Broaddus record a 6-17 overall record in 2021 as a member of the Mountain East. Dominican, members of the CACC, posted an 8-19 overall record in 2021.
