CHARLOTTE, N.C. – The Central Intercollegiate Athletic Association released their CIAA Football Players of the Week for Week #6 on Monday.

For the fourth time this season, the Chowan defense has a representative present as Jakob Streeter and Montre Moore were named CIAA Players of the Week.

Montre Moore earned CIAA Linebacker of the Week for the second time this season after producing nine tackles and two pass break ups to go with a scoop-and-score touchdown to put the Hawks on the board against Lincoln.

Jakob Streeter was all over the field in the win over Lincoln to be named CIAA Defensive Back of the Week.  The senior helped force the fumble allowing Moore the alley to score.  Streeter picked up two sacks including one late to force a punt.
