CHARLOTTE, N.C. – The Central Intercollegiate Athletic Association (CIAA) announced their Food Lions CIAA Football Weekly honors for Week 8 on Monday.

Bryce Witt, CIAA Quarterback of the Week for the fourth time this season, continued to show how impressive he is with a program-record 474 yards passing with four touchdowns against Elizabeth City State.  Witt, senior from Sutherland, Va., leads the CIAA in passing touchdowns with 25.

Hauling in a season-high 11 receptions for 173 yards and two touchdowns, Imeek Watkins was named CIAA Receiver of the week for the second time this season.  Watkins is tied for the CIAA lead in receiving touchdowns with eight on the year.
