The Hawks enter the contest with a 0-1 overall record coming up short in their season opener against Newberry over the weekend, 11-9.

Jackson Downs leads the team with three points after recording two goals and an assist in the loss.  Patrick Egan and Jaxon Martin found the back of the net twice.  Quintin Bender, Noah Holloway, and Austin Lee tallied one goal each.

AVOIDING THE COBRA BITE

Coker is 1-0 on the season after picking up the win against Lees-McRae.

Joe Venazio was named South Atlantic Conference Player of the Week after recording 10 points on six goals and four assists in the win.

Ethan Irizarry tallied five goals and one assist.  Jason McNeany was 14-21 at the face-off spot.
