Chowan dropped to 2-3 on the season after starting the year 2-0. The Hawks are coming off a 14-10 loss to Newberry on the road over the weekend.
Nick Lavoy leads the Hawks with 21 goals, while Anthony Alfonso has scored 13 times. Noah Holloway and Austin Lee have eight and seven goals respectively. Alfonso leads the team with nine assists along with Holloway with eight assists.
Skylar Briscoe is operating at 45.7% in the face-off department. DJ Walker is 1-2 on the season in goal allowing 11.4 goals per contest.
WILDCAT NOTES
Wilmington enters the contest with a 0-2 record in their inaugural season falling to District of Columbia and Assumption to open the year.
Cory Melvin leads the team with five goals and one assist. Josh Burley has scored four times. Freshman keeper, Noah Given, is allowing 15.00 goals per outing.
