Box Score DUE WEST, S.C.-The Chowan Women's Tennis team secured their fourth straight win against Erskine on Saturday afternoon in conference play. The Hawks improved to 8-3 overall and remain undefeated with a 3-0 league record.

HOW IT HAPPENED
In Doubles: 
The Hawks swept doubles play for an early 3-0 lead.

 In Singles:

• Polina Novachuk grabbed the No.1 singles match 6-3, 6-2 for the Hawks while teammate Cynthia Carrier took the No.2 singles win with a clean 6-0, 6-0.
• Hanna Tarlouskaya secured the 8-5 No.3 singles victory before Victoria Smolchenkova defeated her opponent 7-6 (9-7), 6-4 in the fourth singles match.
• At the fifth singles match Lenka Styblova beat her opponent 8-1 for the Blue and White. 
• Angelique Gouin picked up number six singles position 6-1, 6-0 for the match win.

Chowan hits the road on March 20 to match up against Belmont Abbey in Belmont, N.C in conference play. Match time is set for 3:00pm.
