HOW IT HAPPENED 
In Doubles:

• The Hawks grabbed all three doubles for an early 3-0 lead. Polina Novachuk /Cynthia Carrier and Victoria Smolchenkova /Hanna Tarlouskaya secured the the No.1 and No.2 doubles 8-1 over the Angels. 
• Angelique Gouin and Lenka Styblova won the No. 3 doubles by a forfeit from Meredith. 

In Singles:

• Chowan picked up the No.1 and No.2 singles 6-0, 6-0 by Polina Novachuk and Cynthia Carrier respectively. 
• Hanna Tarlouskaya secured the third singles match 6-0, 6-1 before teammate, Lenka Styblova defeated her opponent 6-0, 6-0 for the Blue and White.
• Angelique Gouin grabbed the No. 5 singles with a 6-0, 6-0 victory. 
• Victoria Smolchenkova won the No. 6 singles by a forfeit from the Angels.

The Hawks will travel to Hilton Head, S.C. to compete in the 2018 Spring TennisFest, March 3-9.
