CHARLOTTE, N.C.- The Central Intercollegiate Athletic Association (CIAA) and its Cheerleading Coaches Association announce the 2017-18 All-CIAA Cheerleading Team.

Twenty-three standout student-athletes have been selected for their leadership and athletic abilities contributing to the success of their respective institutions.

Tamara Coleman and Courtney Lee have been selected to represent Chowan on the squad.  Coleman is a sophomore from Virginia Beach, Va., while Lee is a sophomore from Washington, D.C.

These outstanding athletes will be recognized at Super Saturday of the CIAA Basketball Tournament on March 3, 2018 as part of the cheerleading exhibition.
