Box Score GAFFNEY, SC - The Chowan Unviersity men's lacrosse team fell to 1-10 after suffering a 24-1 loss to the #1 ranked team in NCAA D2, Limestone College. The Hawks fell to 1-4 in Conference Carolinas play after Sunday's match while Limestone improved their overall record to 13-0 and 6-0 in league play. 
The Hawks were held scoreless through the first three quarters of play before 
Noah Holloway posted a goal in the fourth quarter. Holloway's score was the lone score of the day for Chowan. Limestone  out shot the Hawks 72 to 17 in the match. The Saints picked up 57 ground balls to the Hawks 24. 
Jacob Perritt picked up a team-high four ground balls in the match.

Markis Harrison posted 15 saves in the net for Chowan. 
The Hawks will hit the field again on Friday, April 14th when they play host to Lees-McRae College in a Conference Carolinas match. Match time is set for 3:00pm at Hawks Field.
