Box Score 1 | Box Score 2 CHARLESTON, WV - The Chowan University volleyball program's four match win streak came to a stop today after dropping two thrilling, five-set matches in day two action of the University of Charleston Tournament. Chowan falls to 4-3 on the season after today's losses. They opened the tournament with back to back wins over University of Charleston and Glenville State University but fell in five sets to Erskine College and Concord University today.

The Hawks fell to Concord in marathon five set match, 20-25, 25-23, 26-24, 21-25, and 11-15. They took Erskine to five sets but fell eventually 20-25, 29-27, 23-25, 25-21, and 15-17.

Chowan senior Victoria Lewis was named to the All-Tournament team.  In four matches, she totaled 50 kills and 34 digs.

Box scores were not available at the time of this release. The Hawks will host Virginia State University on Wednesday, September 13th in their next outing.
