The Hawks fall to 1-7 on the year after today's loss. The Citadel (5-7) dominated the glass in the game, hauling in 52 rebounds to Chowan's 35 rebounds. The normally hot shooting Hawks were held to 35% shooting today after hitting 20-58 from the floor. McDuffie was the only Chowan player to net double figures but both
Charles Rhodes and
Travis Williams chipped in nine points each.
The Hawks will host Johnson C. Smith University in their first CIAA game of the year on January 6th. Tip off for the game is slated for 7:30pm at the Helms Center.
