ATHENS, WV - The Chowan University volleyball team fell in straight sets tonight to Concord University, dropping them to 11-6 on the year. The Hawks had won four straight matches heading into tonight's match up but fell with set scores of 25-17, 25-17, and 25-23. 

Victoria Lewis led the way for Chowan with eight kills and 11 digs while Karina Monroe was held to four kills on the night. Monroe also had three blocks and two aces. Tara Thomalla had 13 digs on the back row. 

The Hawks will head to Glenville State tomorrow for a trimatch with GSU and Seton Hill University.
