HAMPTON, VA - The volleyball team rolled to a straight sets over #3 seeded Saint Augustine's College in their second match of pool play at the CIAA Volleyball Championships this afternoon. The Hawks won with final set scores of 25-21, 25-19, and 25-22. Three Chowan players hit in double figures in the win, their 26th of the season.

Antoinette McCollough and Karina Monroe each had 13 kills in the win while Victoria Lewis tallied 12 kills. Callie Armistead had 41 assists and Tiffany Chambers had a team-high 10 digs. 

The Hawks will play their final pool play match tonight at 7:00pm versus #2 from the Eastern Division, Virginia State University.
