Game One
The Hawks were held to two hits in the first game. Kyra Helton posted a 2-3 plate performance, accounting for the Hawks only offense in the game. Makenzi Curry started the game on the mound, pitching 3.1 innings for the loss. She gave up four earned runs off of six hits and struck out three batters in the game. Abby Rutledge and Callie Tyndall pitched in relief of Curry.
Game Two
FMU pitched a no-hitter in game to pick up the 10-0 win over the Hawks in the nightcap. Callie Tyndall started the game on the mound for the Hawks. Rutledge, Curry, and Emily Fowler all saw time in relief on the mound.

The Hawks will look to bounce back with a road trip to Ferrum College on Wednesday, March 11th. First pitch is slated for 1:00 PM in Ferrum, Virginia.
