The Hawks broke through in the fourth, with Jackson Dunlap and Caleb Karie driving in runs before Geomar Santana's double to left center. Warren Bailey added to the tally with a homer to right center in the sixth.
Nicky Wohleking got the start and took the loss, dropping to 0-5 on the season. Landon Tyndall pitched three innings in relief, followed by Josh Tripp, Gabe King (two innings), Nickolas Mason, John Yancey, and Nicolas Cataldo.
