MURFREESBORO, N.C. – In the battle of the Hawks, Chowan claimed the victory in Saturday afternoon's matchup at Bob Burke Court.

The Hawks scored 40 points in the paint, and 33 points came from CU's bench. There were 12 points off of turnovers and 16 second chance points. 

RJ Wilson fueled the Hawks scoring with 20 points, while also grabbing six rebounds. Daylan Askew was right behind him adding 19 points. Aaron Ross totaled 15 points in the win for the Hawks.
