MURFREESBORO, N.C. – The Chowan University women's basketball team secured a win on senior day against the Southern Wesleyan Warriors.
Adeline Smith, Danea Mackey, Kaleah Boykin, and Meara Carter were all honored in today's senior day celebration.

The Hawks received 39 points from their bench and scored 17 second-chance points. They also dominated the paint with 50 points and added 30 points off turnovers. The game was competitive, with four lead changes and two ties.
Senior Carter set a new career-high in her final home game, scoring 21 points, surpassing her previous best of 19 points against Lees-McRae on January 21st. Aniyah Rainey also posted a career-high with 15 points, along with two steals. Nyeisha Savage recorded a double-double, finishing with 11 points and 14 rebounds.
