MURFREESBORO, N.C. – The CU men's basketball team secured a home Conference Carolinas victory on Sunday evening, closing out a busy week on a high note.

The Hawks dominated with 30 points in the paint and secured 19 second-chance points. The bench contributed heavily, adding 37 points. CU capitalized on turnovers, scoring 15 points off them.
Daylan Askew led the Hawks with 30 points and three blocks, while Aaron Ross contributed 15 points and two steals. Israel Powell posted a career-high 13 points to help secure the victory for the Hawks.
