WILSON, N.C. – The CU men's and women's swim teams were defeated by the Barton Bulldogs on Saturday afternoon, with Chowan finishing with 124 points and Barton leading with 307.

THE RESULTS
Lina Danna won both the Women's 200-yard Freestyle with a time of 2:09.71 and the Women's 500-yard Freestyle with a time of 5:55.83. Aislinn Kessinger earned 2nd place in the Women's 100-yard Freestyle with a time of 59.81. Elettra Dalcerri secured 2nd place in the Women's 200-yard Individual Medley with a time of 2:27.76.
Dimitrije Markovic earned 2nd place in the Men's 200-yard Freestyle with a time of 1:49.16, while he took 1st place in both the Men's 200-yard Butterfly with a time of 2:15.19 and the Men's 500-yard Freestyle with a time of 2:25.50. Aleksei Belolipetskii claimed 1st place in both the Men's 100-yard Freestyle with a time of 47.73 and the Men's 200-yard Individual Medley with a time of 2:02.14. Jose Medina took 1st place in the Men's 100-yard Butterfly with a time of 57.19.
Markovic, Belolipetskii, Medina, and Robert Cabrera won 1st place in the Men's 400-yard Freestyle Relay with a time of 3:14.66.
