DAYTONA BEACH, FLA. – The Chowan Men's Lacrosse team had a sluggish start in their non-conference contest against Embry-Riddle on Wednesday on the road.

Eric George led the Hawks with a hat-trick.  Jacob Malia collected one goal.

Embry-Riddle jumped out to a 6-1 lead in the first quarter before pushing their lead to 13-3 at the half.

Gavin Koors tallied 15 saves in goal.  The Hawks posted 20 turnovers on 13-18 clears.
