YOUNG HARRIS, GA. – The Chowan Baseball team held the nationally-ranked Mountain Lions scoreless after the third inning in the Conference Carolinas series finale on Sunday, but it was not enough as the Hawks dropped the finale, 5-4.

Geomar Santana, Tyler West, and Patrick Krack picked up two hits each. Ryan Bellamy and Jackson Dunlap added one hit apiece.
Chowan held Young Harris scoreless after the Mountain Lions took a 5-2 lead in the third inning. Grey Gurganious posted two shutout innings with three strikeouts. Angel Diaz posted three shutout innings.
