Chowan Drops Series To Saints In Finale

MURFREESBORO, N.C. – The Chowan Baseball team dropped the series against Limestone in the final two games of the series on Sunday afternoon.

INSIDE THE BOXSCORES

Ryan Bellamy led the Hawks with two hits with a RBI double.  Nick Reiss, Ty Johnson, Geomar Santana, Christian Bartholomew, Tyler West, Ethan Whelan, and Caleb Karie posted one hit each.

Ty Johnson and Caleb Karie also added a RBI.  Johnson added two walks in the nighcap.

Josh Wise tossed four innings allowing one unearned run and struck out six.

UP NEXT

Chowan hits the road to take on Coker on Wednesday, February 7 for a single contest in Hartsville, S.C.  First pitch is slated for 4pm.
