PHILLIPI, W.VA. – The Chowan Men's Lacrosse jumped out to an early lead to cruise past Alderson-Broaddus in non-conference action on the road on Wednesday afternoon.

Eric George, reigning Conference Carolinas and USILA Player of the Week, tallied eight goals to lead the offense. Eric Dozzi notched eight points with two goals and six assists.
Jaxon Martin posted four goals and two assists, while Noah Jalal added two goals and three assists. Carson Moore collected two goals and two assists. Harrison Buckman scored twice with one assist.
Gavin Koors picked up the win in cage with 14 saves.
HOW IT HAPPENED
Alderson Broaddus scored the opening goal of the contest before Chowan scored six straight goals. Erik Dozzi scored unassisted before Eric George scored off an assist by Jaxon Martin. Martin would score the next two goals with Dozzi collecting an assist on the second goal.
Harrison Buckman would clean up the trash in front of goal before Eric George scored off an assist by Noah Jalal to lead 6-1.
ABU collected a goal to end the opening quarter. Erik Dozzi would score on the fastbreak as Harrison Buckman swiped a turnover near midfield and found Dozzi for the tally. Eric George scored off an assist by Dozzi after dekeing the keeper in front of goal. Noah Jalal pushed the lead to 9-2 scoring from a Jaxon Martin pass.
After a Battler goal, Eric George scored a pair of goals off assists by Carson Moore. Moore would find the back of the net as Camryn Snow found the attacker on the break to lead 12-3 at the intermission.
Carson Moore scored the opening goal of the second half on the EMO before Harrison Buckman and Eric George scored to lead 15-3.
Jaxon Martin scored a pair in quick succession off assists by Erik Dozzi. Eric George scored two of the final three goals of the contest as Noah Jalal scored a goal to finish off the attack.
