RALEIGH, N.C. – The Chowan Men's Basketball team picked up the wire-to-wire victory to get back in the win column in a 76-66 victory over St. Augustine's in non-conference action on Tuesday evening.

Daylan Askew paced the Hawks with another 20-plus point outing with 22 points after going 6-7 from deep. RJ Wilson notched his second double-double of the season with 12 points and 11 rebounds to go with five assists.
Aaron Ross added 11 points off the bench. Preston Le Gassick added nine points, six rebounds and two steals.
The Hawks cleaned up the glass to have a plus-11 advantage. Chowan would also go 12-14 from the stripe in the second half despite the late fouls by the Falcons.
Chowan's defense held St. Augustine's to 23.5% (4-17) from behind the arc.
