MURFREESBORO, N.C. – The Chowan Men's Basketball team suffered their first loss of the season in front of a raucous crowd in a double-overtime affair against St. Augustine's on Wednesday evening.

RJ Wilson returned to form with 21 points and nine rebounds. Preston Le Gassick notched 14 points and four assists. Skyler Davies stuffed the stat sheet with 10 points, six rebounds, five assists, two blocks and three steals.
After shooting a team-high 21 threes, Chowan went 9-35 from deep in the contest.
Chowan shot 3-17 in the overtime periods, while SAU went 6-11.
The Falcons held a 48-30 advantage with points in the paint.
