EMORY, VA. – The Chowan Men's Basketball team shot a blistering 62.3% from the floor and connected from deep a school-record 21 times on their way to a 104-80 blowout against Emory & Henry on Sunday afternoon.

Five Hawks scored in double-figures led by Daylan Askew with 19 points going 7-8 from the floor and 5-6 from deep. Askew added six assists.
Skyler Davies went 6-7 from the floor and 5-6 from behind the arc for 17 points. Preston Le Gassick added 15, with Damerius Summers added 13 points and Eric Gordon Jr. with 11 points.
RJ Wilson added nine rebounds. 12 of the 13 Hawks that played scored in the contest.
