MURFREESBORO, N.C. – The Chowan Volleyball team pulled off the huge upset against divisional rival, Mount Olive, in a Conference Carolinas clash rallying back from a two-set deficit to take down the Trojans in five sets at home on Tuesday evening.

Ryan Nored posted the third most kills in a single-match with 22 kills, the most in a match since 2011 (Tori Lewis). Ellie Middleton chipped in with a double-double posting 13 kills and 12 digs.
Sydney Ginaitt added another double-double with 37 assists and 10 digs to go with five service aces. Diana Rodriguez notched 26 digs.
Kayleigh Lance posted three total blocks along with Gigi Ratajesak posting two blocks. Both collected six kills each.
Both teams combined for 384 attempts in the contest and 181 combined digs.
