SPARTANBURG, S.C. – The Chowan Volleyball team posted a season-high in two categories, but it was not enough against Converse Valkyries on the road in a Conference Carolinas contest on Friday evening.

Ryan Nored continued her attack with her fourth double-digit kill total of the season. Ellie Middleton posted her eighth double-digit kill total of the season including her fifth double-double of the season. Nored posted 19 kills, while Middleton posted 13 kills and 13 digs.
Sydney Ginaitt posted her fifth double-double of the season with 38 assists and 13 digs. Gigi Ratajesak notched 10 kills, while Lyniah Lee posted nine kills.
Chowan posted a season-high kills (57) and assists (54) in the loss.
Converse are ranked fifth in the KPI (Chowan, ninth).
