MURFREESBORO, N.C. – The Division II Conference Commissioners Association (D2CCA) announced their 2022 Men's Soccer Southeast Region Awards on Tuesday voted on by the region's athletic communicators.

Representing Chowan Men's Soccer is Harri Lovett and Tren Drexhage.

For the second straight season, Harri Lovett was named to the All-Region First Team.  Lovett, a graduate student from Wrexham, Wales, collected Conference Carolinas Defensive Player of the Year and Conference Carolinas First Team honors this season.  The defender led the Conference Carolinas in assists with 11 and ranked in the top-five in the NCAA in assists per game.  Lovett currently sits with 36 assists and is tied for the most assists in Division II as an active player.

Grabbing an All-Region Second Team selection is Tren Drexhage.  Drexhage, graduate student from the Netherlands paced the Hawks with 10 goals this season.  His 10 goals this season was tied for the most in the Conference Carolinas earning him Conference Carolinas First Team honors.
