MURFREESBORO, N.C. – The D2 Conference Commissioners Association (D2CCA) announced its 2025 All-America Men's Soccer selections on Tuesday afternoon, with Chowan's standout freshman Cameron Letterlough earning a spot on the Second Team after an exceptional debut season. Letterlough advanced to the national ballot following his selection to the D2CCA All-Southeast Region First Team in November.

Letterlough's latest honor places him as the most decorated true freshman in program history, adding to a remarkable list of accolades earned throughout the 2025 campaign. His accomplishments include:
  • Ace Hardware Student-Athlete of the Week – September 18
  • Conference Carolinas Freshman of the Month – October
  • Conference Carolinas Offensive Player of the Week – October 14
  • NCAA D2 TopDrawerSoccer Player of the Week – October 16
  • Ace Hardware Student-Athlete of the Week – October 30
  • Conference Carolinas Freshman of the Month – November
  • Conference Carolinas Freshman of the Year – November 7
  • Conference Carolinas First Team All-Conference – November 7
  • D2CCA All-Southeast Region First Team – November 25
  • D2CCA All-America Second Team – December 9
On the field, Letterlough proved to be one of the most dangerous attacking players in Division II. He finished the season with 15 goals, helping the Hawks remain nationally recognized throughout the fall. His scoring production also placed him #1 in the conference in goals, goals per game, and points per game, solidifying his status as one of the top offensive talents in the region. With a standout freshman season now behind him, Letterlough's All-America recognition paves the way for a promising career as a Hawk.
