GREENVILLE, S.C. – The Chowan Men's Soccer team produced eight members on the Conference Carolinas Men's Soccer All-Conference teams announced by the league office on Wednesday selected by the league's head coaches.

For the third time in his career, Toby Sims would be named Conference Carolinas Defensive Player of the Year.  Sims would also pick up First Team All-Conference nod for the fourth time in his career.  During his freshman season, Sims was named Conference Carolinas Second Team.  Sims was named Conference Carolinas Defensive Player of the Year in 2018 and 2019.  The Tuxford, England native paced the Hawks with 11 goals this season, along with six shutouts.

Joining Sims on the First Team is Harri Lovett.  The Wrexham, Wales native collected a league leading 14 assists.  Lovett notched his second straight First Team nod after leading the league in assists during the Spring season.

Picking up Second Team honors was Tren Drexhage, Erik Ruiz, and Timo De Graaf.  Drexhage was second on the team with five assists and posted two goals from the striker position.  Ruiz, earning his first all-conference selection, tallied four goals and four assists on the season from his midfield position.

Manning the back-line defense with Sims, Timo De Graaf earned a Second Team selection, aiding in six shutouts and recording a hat-trick against Southern Wesleyan.

Rounding out the All-Conference selections are James Randall, Sam Hall, and Charlie Farrar on the Third Team.  Randall and Hall posted four goals this season.  Hall picked up his second all-conference selection after being named Third Team in 2019.  Farrar, freshman goalkeeper, posted an 11-3-1 overall record in goal with five shutouts.  Farrar finished the regular season with the second best goal against average in the league with 0.99.
