HAWKS HIGHLIGHTS
Chowan came up on the short end of a 75-72 loss to Erskine in Conference Carolinas play on Saturday to fall to 8-11 on the season.

BJ McLaurin continues to pace the offense with 16.5 points to go with his 11.6 rebounds a game.  Khalil Ridges has made an impact in the past six games averaging 13.2 points on the season.

Ja'Darien Wade and Jaylen Dilliard average 11.7 and 11.4 points respectively.  Jamal Thomas is averaging 3.9 assists per game to go along with 2.9 rebounds and 5.7 points.

CAGING THE TIGERS

Salem enters the contest with a 13-7 overall record and winners of six straight.  The Tigers are 5-1 at home this season.

Jordan Forbes leads the Tigers with 20.0 points per game and 8.1 rebounds.  Shawn Christian, Marko Tutonovic, and Fonz Hale average double-digit points on the season.
