HAWKS FILES
Chowan will look to end their seven game slide as the Hawks are 3-8 on the young season.
Paige Wilhelm leads the team at the plate with a .385 batting average. Lindsey Stigler is hitting .345 with three doubles, a home run, and eight RBI. Delaney Devor is hitting .333 with Jesse Gentry posting a .320 average.
Megan Vincent is 2-4 in the circle this season with a 4.94 ERA and 29 strikeouts.
THE FAMILIAR VIKINGS
Elizabeth City State is 0-6 on the season coming off the doubleheader loss to St. Andrews last weekend.
Auburn Stevens and Isabel Mugaas leads the team in hitting. Stevens is hitting .500, while Mugaas has both of the team's extra base hits.
THE BOBCAT DEN
Frostburg State is 1-3 after their opening weekend at the Swap Fox Sizzler at Francis Marion last weekend.
Amber Keene leads the team with a .333 batting average. Keene was the leading hitter on the squad last season. The Bobcats add Kennadie Batchelor as a transfer from WVU Tech, where she was the second leading hitter on the team.
