MURFREESBORO, N.C. – The first full weekend of Chowan Athletic sporting events is upon us as Football, Men's and Women's Soccer and Volleyball compete this weekend.

THE ACTION

The Chowan football (0-1) team takes on Alderson-Broaddus (0-1) at home on Saturday, September 14.  Kick-off is slated for 1pm.  The Brave Hawks Club is gathering for the Pig Pickin' at 12pm near the Football Pond Center.  Live stats and video can be found on the Game Day Central link.

Chowan Women's Soccer (0-1-0) opens up Conference Carolinas play on the road against regionally-ranked Limestone (0-2-0) in Gaffney, S.C. on Saturday.  First touch of the contest is scheduled for 1pm.  Live stats and video can be found on the Game Day Central link.  Limestone Athletics does charge for their broadcast.  Live stats are at no charge.

Chowan's Volleyball team (1-1) rounds out Saturday with a road match against Catawba (0-1).  The Hawks will travel to Salisbury, N.C. to take on the Indians in a non-conference match.  First serve is scheduled for 7pm.  Live stats can be found on the Game Day Central link.

The Chowan Men's Soccer team (0-1-0) wraps up the weekend with a non-conference match on the road against Shaw (1-1-0).  First touch is slated for 6pm in Raleigh.  Live stats can be found on the Game Day Central Link.
